5. Release and Waiver

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners and operators of The Study Lion from and against all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
7. User Responsibility
- You are responsible for how you use study materials and AI responses.
- You must verify answers independently before relying on them for exams or assessments.
- You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the services.
9. Maximum Enforceability
Each provision applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
10. Non-Excludable Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
